Major Donation

Major Donors of Milano per la Scala are private individuals, family foundations and companies who choose to share our objective, make their resources available and help us to maintain the artistic excellence of La Scala with a significant donation.

The contribution can be used for various activities: the staging of the La Scala season (operas, concerts, ballets), the Accademia's educational activities (master classes, scholarships) and other projects proposed by La Scala and Milan per la Scala.

A Major Donor has the opportunity to choose the specific destination of his or her contribution; from the initial consideration stage, he or she is carefully monitored by a member of our management, who formulates a donation proposal in line with his or her expectations. The donor is valued and welcomed into the life of the Foundation with exclusive invitations to events and meetings with the top management of La Scala.

Milan per la Scala will provide the donor with all the necessary documentation to guarantee the following:

• The transparency of the donation process
• the correct destination of the donation
• any updates on the projects supported.
  
  Each year the Foundation's accounts are certified by PwC.

Our Major Donors have a special value to us, with their valuable support we are able to make a difference by supporting and preserving the artistic heritage of La Scala Theatre.
