Secretary General

A longstanding figure at Milano per la Scala, where she has been contributing her more than thirty years of experience.

Since 2015, she has served as Secretary General, overseeing relationships with Major Donors, members of the Albo d’Oro category, and Scholarship Supporters.

She manages the Foundation’s institutional relations with Teatro alla Scala and the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, coordinates the activities of the Foundation’s governing bodies, and supports the President and the Board of Directors, including in the implementation of their resolutions.

Agata Benetti
Agata Benetti

She holds a degree in Business Administration and a diploma in Piano from the Conservatory.

In 2018, she completed the Master's in Performing Arts Management at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, after which she worked at both Teatro alla Scala and the Accademia.

She joined the Foundation in 2021 and is responsible for the Entusiasta and Albo d’Oro membership categories, as well as communications, the planning of activities for members, and the development of the Foundation’s membership categories.

Elena Bertolino
Elena Bertolino

She has been working at the Foundation since 2015, following previous experience with music festivals.

Her academic background includes a degree in Communication Studies and a Master's in Sponsoring and Fundraising for the Arts and Performing Arts at the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, completed in 2023.

She is responsible for supporting members of the Entusiasta and Albo d’Oro categories, planning activities for members, and identifying new partnerships and opportunities for development.

Anna Piccini
Anna Piccini

After a long career in the corporate sector, she joined the Foundation’s staff in 2010. Over sixteen years of service, she has provided consistent and invaluable support in the management of members and the Foundation’s activities.

In recent years, she has also taken on administrative and accounting responsibilities. Since 2026, she has been responsible for the Amico and Appassionato membership categories.

Federica Poggi
Federica Poggi

She joined the Foundation’s staff in 2024 and is the youngest member of the team.

She holds a degree in the Humanities and a Master's in Event Management.

Following extensive experience in ticketing operations, she is responsible for ticketing management, the development of the Foundation’s Young Members programme, and communications.
