Memorial donations

A donation in memory is a way of linking the memory of a special person to the support of a cultural activity: La Scala season ticket, a scholarship, a membership fee.

Making a memorial donation means dedicating a thought to a loved one. It is a way of remembering the values that inspired their life.

"We thank you on behalf of the Berti Family for your decision to name this scholarship after Giancarla and Luciano: it is an honor and a source of great gratitude for us. If we read these words in person, our voices would be broken with emotion and gratitude. Mom and Dad were deeply involved in this Foundation; for them helping young talents was a very important function of their lives. To have a scholarship named after them is an honor that makes their presence come alive, today and in the days to come, and that pleasantly brings these silent benefactors to the stage from behind the scenes, where they used to stand, observing and contemplating the prowess of these emerging young talents."
